Raiffeisen Polbank grants funding to NY Residence
NY Residence Wroclawska 33, Cracow
The investor and developer of the NY Residence project in Cracow (33 Wroclawska Steet), Terra Casa S.A., through a SPV company, has signed a loan agreement with Raiffeisen Polbank to finance the investment. The loan granted by Raiffaisen Polbank will finance 70% of the project value. The remaining amount comes from the company’s resources. The completion of the project is scheduled for August 2018.

Two architectural studios are involved in this project, Kubatura as the author of the architectural design and MJ Animo responsible for the interior design, whereas the function of the general contractor was assigned to the Cracow-based company, TK-BUD.
