The NY Residence at 33 Wroclawska Street in Cracow has been granted a valid occupancy permit. The construction process of this impresive residential building, in style of five star New York hotels, took 22 months. Terra Casa S.A. was the investor and developer of NY Residence and TK–Bud its general contractor. The project was designed by Kubatura architectural studio. The New York mo-tifs were prepared by MJ Animo architects. The project financing was granted by Raiffeisen Polbank.
